ELDA Spotlight on Education Speaker Series 2007/2008: Overview

Join us for the second annual in-depth speaker series for educational leaders at the ELDA Spotlight on Education Speaker Series, a speaker program for educational leaders sponsored by the Educational Leadership Development Academy (ELDA) in the University of San Diego’s School of Leadership and Education Sciences. This year’s program will focus on leading reform in mathematics and science education. This is a must-attend event for principals, team leaders, and teachers.

Teams will be motivated to:

  • Strengthen their professional learning communities around science and math
  • Integrate math and science concepts into all content areas
  • Lead active in-depth learning for understanding
  • Effectively use assessment data to better inform teaching decisions
  • Develop communication strategies and strengthen collaboration within and between teams
